Description

Housing authority offers low-income housing, with Section 8 vouchers available for the City of Moline only. The Public Housing Program will accept applications from all that apply, regardless of current address.

Hillside Heights, Spring Brook, and Spring Valley provide subsidized housing. Most utilities are provided.

Head Start on site at Spring Brook location.

Fiesta Manor provides 2 bedroom subsidized housing.
