Home Care Aide services including personal care such as bathing, feeding, dressing, hair care, ambulation and exercise. Meal preparation, money management and budgeting, light housekeeping and laundry. Essential shopping/errands, and home management. Social Workers also provide care coordination for individuals who are elderly.
