The LIHEAP application is also the application for Weatherization, those completing a LIHEAP application have also applied for Weatherization, all applications are ranked by fuel usage with at-risk clients given additional priority points to ensure their homes are serviced first

Weatherization services include a cost-effectiveness energy audit, air leakage checks, insulation, and all combustion appliances inspection for repair and/or replacement.
