FINE FREE Replacement cost for lost materials Faxing, copies, printing-free prining to veterans and active duty service members and their immediate families.

Required documents

Metro and Metro-Lite cards require Photo ID and proof of current address. Quick cards have no ID requirements

Eligibility

Open to Iowa residents through Open Access, with the exception of Palo residents, however, all Palo school-aged children have accounts assigned from the Cedar Rapids Community School District
