Description

Accessibility Rehabilitation Program provides a three year forgivable loan to property owners and homeowners to make their home handicap accessible. Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Program provides low interest, long term loans up to $25,000 to homeowners to rehabilitate their homes. Home Repair Program provides a no interest loan to qualified homeowners to make repairs like painting, siding, roofing, windows, etc.
