The Northeast Iowa Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (NEIVITA) will be providing free assistance with tax preparations for 2025. Eligibility
Persons meeting income criteria, persons with disabilities, older adults, and non-English speaking persons (cannot provide assistance for those who own their own business or farm); primarily serve Allamakee, Howard, and Winneshiek Counties (may also accept clients from Clayton and Fayette, there are no geographic restrictions for VITA tax services)
