Eligibility
Must be a Linn County or Anamosa resident who has not received financial services at this agency in the past 12 months, for rent, income must be at least two times the amount of monthly rent, total balance owed of around 1 month rent or less, and a verifiable financial emergency/crises that has occurred making paying the full rent impossible to be considered, for utility assistance, total balance owed must be less than $500, priority is given to those with income and a verifiable financial crisis/emergency
