Builds and rehabilitates homes with the help of homeowner/partner and then sells home to partner at no profit and financed with affordable no-interest loan.

Building materials and appliances, new and used, are offered for sale to the public in the ReStore at 50% - 80% off of retail price, lumber, windows, toilets, showers, kitchen cabinets, floor, ceiling, and wall tile, as available.
