Maple Crest Campus provides a 24-hour skilled nursing facility offering a licensed physical therapist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, and audiologist. Also includes a druggist to provide medications (unit dose); transportation to medical appointments (with a charge); assistance in arranging for physician services; and special diets supervised by Registered Dietitian.
