Offers people aged 60 and older a chance to sit down with a registered nurse and discuss their health care concerns in more detail. Each appointment is conducted by a registered nurse that has been trained in Health Assessment and can include individual health education on topics such as health history, breast self-exams, proper exercise and rest, cancer detection education, medication and more.
