Eligibility

For families unable to provide a holiday meal for their family; Angel Tree open to families with children ages 0-12; Approval is subject to application and income verification following 200% of the federal poverty guidelines

Required documents

Call for information for meals For Angel Tree, proof of all household incomes (last 30 days paystubs, household 2024 tax returns, SSI, SSDI, child support, recent bank statements, etc.), proof of residency (recent utility bill or rent/lease), photo ID, and birth certificates for all children (and/or evidence of legal guardianship) when applying

Hours for all dates are 10 am-12 pm and 1 pm-3 pm. Address is 422 Main Street, Belvidere IL 61008.
