DRIVER'S LICENSE REINSTATEMENT/CAPP PROGRAM | MARION COUNTY OFFICES
County Attorney's office offers a driver's license reinstatement service through the County Attorney Payment Program (CAPP). This allows qualifying Marion County residents with a suspended driver's license the opportunity to sign a County Attorney Payment Plan agreement to pay back delinquent fines, which may allow individuals the chance to obtain their driver's license back.
