Open to families who meet income guidelines (as determined through a screening process) and be experiencing some family stressors such as: - Single parent household - Low income - Child with developmental delays - Recent immigration - Recent homelessness - Unemployment - Parental history of depression - Lack of high school diploma

Description

Home-based parent education and family support program for expectant parents and families with children ages birth to three.

Program offers weekly home visits, monthly group connection and parent/child interaction activities, developmental screenings, assistance in developing family goals and connecting to community resources.
