Registered daycare homes in Scott, Clinton, Muscatine and Cedar Counties may apply to Friendly House for reimbursement of meals and snacks served to their daycare children. Friendly House sponsors the CACFP funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered by the State Board of Education.
