Description
Educates both the grower and consumer of fruits and vegetables.
Sponsors local farmers' markets. Works with the Iowa Department of Agriculture to have vendors certified for the Iowa Farmers' Market Nutrition Program to service WIC clients and senior citizens. Arranges educational presentations for the public at markets.
