Description
Helps agricultural workers in Nebraska assert their employment rights. The focus is on ensuring agricultural workers are paid what they are owed under the law; ensuring that their working conditions are safe; and addressing harassment and discrimination in the workplace. An agricultural worker is someone who works in agriculture all year, seasonally, or as a migrant or temporary worker. Agriculture is any crop, livestock, food products or processing.
