Eligibility

Children can qualify through eligibility for the National School Lunch Program, which also can be verified through participation in many government programs, including (but not limited to):
--Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
--Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
--Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
--Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
--Medicaid
--Head Start
--Foster youth, migrant homeless, or runaway youth

Complete application online and a hotspot device will be mailed within 3 business days; may also visit a T-Mobile store and a representative will help with the application process and a hotspot device will be mailed to the requested residence within 3 business days
