Eligibility

Open to children ages 18 and under who has been diagnosed with cancer, or who is in an active treatment regimen, must be traveling at least 60 miles, one way, family and child must be living in the United States and the child must be treated in the United States

Required documents

Must complete an online referral by the doctor or social worker, parent or guardian must also complete an application
