Provides education, information, and referrals to landlords and tenants regarding their rights and responsibilities. Also help to explain eviction notices, talk about how to terminate tenancy, explain repairs/maintenance, and explain deposits. Home Inc. is not a legal service and does not have the ability to enforce any laws.

Can provide information and referrals for people who are looking for rental units.
