All children enrolled must be toilet trained and able to use the bathroom independently
Required documents
Complete the registration form, contract, medication administration forms (if applicable), release of information, physical form, and copies of any legal forms that may pertain to the child's attendance in the program
a current copy of the child's immunization records are required
