Description

Provides a Medicare certified nursing facility that serves the elderly population and Alzheimer patients. The facility also has a Senior Housing Unit with services on the campus.

Rehabilitation including physical, occupational and speech therapy and Home Care Agency available. The facility also provides a new unit with 20 private rooms that are Medicare-certified post-acute with rehabilitation services. Includes a program for short-term rehabilitation with physical, occupational and speech therapy.
