Eligibility

Must reside within the Diocese of Rockford, Assistance has to provide some type of resolution to the emergency, either independently or in collaboration with case management from other social service agencies (that is, caller must have continued income to address future bills), Lease/Utility must be in caller's name, Available once per year

Offers limited emergency assistance for, rent (last $100), utilities (last $75), diapers, other basic needs (such as hygiene products) for individuals and families who are experiencing economic hardship, assistance based on an immediate precipitating event, refers callers to appropriate community agencies that may be able to assist.
