Wheelchair (non-ambulance) transports $45 base rate with $3 a mile fee each way within Omaha Metro Area, call for information outside of the metro, accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay

Only offers wheelchair and ambulatory transportation services to dialysis clinics, chemotherapy treatment centers, physical therapy, and relocation facilities.

Ambulance transports offer advanced and basic life support level pre-hospital care transports; specializing in long distance transports in and out of state.

EMS standby. Community paramedic services.
