Eligibility
Must own and occupy a home that needs and could benefit from short-term exterior improvements, meet the income guidelines (80% or less of the area median income), must have homeowner's insurance and be current on mortgage payments
Required documents
Last three (3) months of checking and savings accounts statements, name, mailing address and telephone number of current employer, most recent tax return, proof of child support and/or public assistance (SSI, Social Security, Food Stamps, etc), if you receive them, proof of home ownership (this may include the Deed of Trust or your most recent property tax receipt), proof of current homeowner's insurance
