Open to pregnant women of any age who have no safe place to stay, applicants who are Illinois minors (under 18 years old) need to have the written consent of their parent/guardian to reside to MIMH before they can be admitted

Description

Provides a maternity home (NOT A SHELTER) dedicated to the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping through postpartum care of single pregnant mothers, girls that are not pregnant but have an infant, or girls who are pregnant with another young child (infant) with them. It is a safe haven where they can stay while learning the skills, get basic needs and counseling they need to make a better life for themselves and their babies.
