Eligibility

Youth ages 18-21 experiencing homelessness in McLean or Livingston County, including youth who are pregnant or parenting, or at risk of sexual exploitation/trafficking

Application process

Call or visit to complete an application, all youth will be staffed to a caseworker for outreach services, and housing will be determined based on need and availability

Provides an 18-month program with stable and safe housing while youth learn skills and habits that can end chronic homelessness, reintegrate youth into the community, and help youth find and maintain long-term jobs at livable wages.
