Connects youth and families with resources and support. Navigators have the ability to "fill gaps", either through helping agencies partner around a common goal, or through flexible funding for needs such as rent, utilities, transportation, and more.

Community Response is designed to reduce unnecessary involvement of child welfare and juvenile justice while increasing the informal and community supports for youth and families. The goal is to coordinate existing resources and match participants with a resource to either solve an immediate need or develop a longer-term coaching relationship.

Expanded Parenting Program helps expecting mothers and parents with children up to 12 months with resources like diapers, education materials on parenting/breastfeeding, and consumer choice of other essential items.

CAREER SERVICE CENTER AND STYLING EXPERIENCE | DRESS FOR SUCCESS DES MOINES

Offers one-on-one coaching, interview preparation, mock interviews, and career guidance from qualified professionals. Monthly Keys to Success Workshops are provided to give women the skills, confidence, networks, and motivation they need to succeed in an interview.

Clients work with volunteer styling consultants in a one-on-one appointment to choose a complete interview outfit in an inclusive, body-positive, and accessible environment. Stylists provide clients with either an internship and/or employment styling once they have secured employment.
