NON-CERTIFIED HOME CARE SERVICES | WARREN COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES

Offers nurses, home care aides for personal cares and homemakers for homemaking needs for those who need assistance related to a medical diagnosis which prevents them from being able to manage these functions independently. Health Services no longer provides acute home care services funded by insurances but will provide all similar services as needed to safely assist persons to maintain independence and thus prevent unnecessary institutionalism. Private duty home care services include skilled nursing, bath aide, venipunctures, foot care, and adult immunizations.

Emergency Response Service provides a necklace or wristband for assistance at the push of a button; responders and/or emergency personnel available 24 hours every day. $38 one-time installation fee, $30 per month fee. Fee paid if person qualifies for a Medicaid waiver.

Immunization clinic held the 2nd Monday of every month at West View Medical Building, 2319 N. Lincoln Avenue. A $15 donation is requested for children vaccinations 0-18 years. Call for current fee for adult vaccinations. Adult vaccinations include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, meningococcal, and pneumonia.

Homemaker and companionship. Personal in-home assistance with cleaning, cooking, errands, medical, transportation, or companionship.
