Dental care for family members of all ages. Services include dental exams, x-rays, dental cleanings, cavity filings, sealants, crowns, tooth extractions, and referrals to specialists.
Dental program offered to underserved, low-income children. Provides preventative and restorative care to underserved children who do not have access to oral health care. A team of local dentists provide free, comprehensive dental care that includes examinations, cleanings, sealants, restorations, extractions, orthodontics, and oral surgeries.

If you cannot afford dental treatment and you have no dental insurance please call for an application or go to website to download an application. Emergency dental care is not provided.

The Promise Community Health Center Dental Program accepts Medicaid Insurance, including Amerigroup Iowa and Iowa Total Care. Also accepts private dental insurance and offers a sliding-fee scale discount for those without insurance that greatly reduces the cost of appointments based on income and household size.
