Provides services that are designed to give individuals with disabilities the opportunity to obtain employment in the community.
Imagine the Possibilities offers employment training and supportive services for youth and adults. Services include: job coaching (a program providing supported employment at inclusive work sites in the community) and job development (a program to assist individuals in developing job seeking skills and work ethics).
Offers supported employment opportunities to individuals who have both the desire to work in an integrated work setting and employment abilities for this setting. The two main goals of these services are to give the individuals the opportunity to earn competitive wages and allow these wages to be earned in an integrated work setting.
Assists clients 18 and older who are diagnosed with a developmental and/or intellectual disability in both obtaining and maintaining community-based employment. A job developer supports clients in determining employment opportunities they are interested in and finding a job. Job developers also support clients to fill out applications, prepare resumes and perfect interview skills. Once a job is obtained the coach assists in learning job responsibilities, the culture and values of the work environment, job accommodations and explaining how employment affects client benefits.

Program provides personal, social and community activities, based on the goals and desires of each individual. Works to assist the person in developing or maintaining life skills and community integration. Supported employment assists the person with maintaining competitive employment.

Trivium offers two levels of Supported Community Living Services designed to meet the daily living needs of adults with disabilities and mental illness. These services increase a client's independence and provide a level of relief for family members and caretakers. The level of service is determined by the individual, guardians, case managers, and providers to best suit their needs.

Assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment. Individualized placement plans are implemented that identifies the person's job goal, strengths, skills, supports, and accommodations needed. Both long and short-term support services are offered depending on the person's plan and needs.

Community-based services and support to persons of all ages with developmental disabilities.

Residential program includes staffed group homes for youth and adults, supervised apartments, and independent living arrangements in Alliance, Chadron, and Hay Springs.

Vocational training and employment services through a supervised workshop, Niobrara Enterprises, includes on-site contract work, work stations in industry, supervised employment programs, and job coaching.

Year-round educational program is available to children through contractual arrangements with the school district.

Adult leisure and recreational center for individuals who have reached retirement age. Clients are served through an alternative day program that emphasizes recreation, leisure, and maintenance of daily living skills. Alternative day services are also available for other adults whose needs do not include vocational or employment goals.

Supported Employment
Supported employment provides vocational services which promote and support inclusion within the community. Encourages and assists people in obtaining jobs in the community or running their own small business. The focus is on assessing interest, job placement, and job coaching.

Job coaching provides training for clients to perform job tasks to the employer's specifications and to learn the interpersonal skills necessary to be accepted as workers at the job site.

Vocational centers provide training to teach people vocational skills and an opportunity to earn an income through completion of contract work.

Job placement and maintenance services assist people in obtaining community employment. Participants receive individualized and group support in resume development, job search and interviewing strategies, and networking. Job Placement Specialists help participants assess their strengths and needs, set personal goals, and explore their vocational interests. Staff also connect job seekers to area employers.

Certified for Success employment training programs include retail, hospitality, food handling, essential computer skills, IT Support Professional, and custodial certification programs. A combination of onsite and classroom training helps prepare participants for success.
