Activities for men, women, and children living with cancer. Includes "Noogieland", a supervised play area for children with cancer or whose family member has cancer. Adults may enjoy stress-reduction and relaxation sessions, lectures, workshops, music and literature, as well as social events and potluck suppers.

Program for all children 14 and under who have been touched by epilepsy. The group meets several times a year in fun, social settings, and participate in projects to educate about epilepsy. Ambassadors are volunteers who work to grow epilepsy awareness across their community.
The Cancer Support Group provides an informal and confidential support group for adults diagnosed with cancer or who are recovering from cancer. Meetings provide a time to share experiences, information, and light refreshments. Occasional speakers and printed materials are available. The meetings are held on the third Monday of the month from 5:30pm-7pm; call for location and dates.

Provides a place to share experiences, provide encouragement and offer support through the epilepsy journey. The Western Iowa group meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM CT. Registration is required. The group does not meet in December, due to the holidays. The Eastern Iowa group meets on the 4th Thursday of the month from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CT. Registration is required. The group does not meet in November or December, due to the holidays. Y Weight Loss is designed for individuals looking to lose weight through education, personalized goal setting, and small, sustainable changes.

The Mills County YMCA only offers Y Weight Loss and the YMCA Healthy Living Center only offers Brain & Body.

Provides information, peer support and educational materials for those affected by Marfan Syndrome Loeys-Dietz syndrome, Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (VEDS), and other genetic aortic and vascular conditions. The Foundation also supports research on these conditions all over the world through our research grant program and GenTAC, our research arm. Individuals and families can get connected and get the information they need through our Help & Resource Center, which can be reached through Marfan.org/ask.
