Offers youth development programs for youth between the ages of 5-18. The Club is open to all youth and offer a variety of after school activities, including academic and team building exercises. Homework assistance is also provided as well as an after school snack.

Provides an after school program dedicated to ensuring that the community disadvantaged youth have greater access to quality programs and services. Computer lab and teen resources is available for youth to use. Local youth organizations (Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.) come to meet with the youth regularly.

Runs multiple programs throughout the year that may include the following:

Power Hour Homework Help providing homework help, tutoring and high-yield learning activities and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.

Matters Promoting financial responsibility and independence among Club members.

Smart Moves (Skill Mastery and Resistance Training) a prevention/education program that addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

Career Launch offering a job readiness and career preparation program. It provides fun and interactive activities for youth to explore a broad range of career areas.

- Summer Camp: Offers a day camp experience for youth. Camp includes weekly themes, field trips, swimming, fitness, and more.

- Camp Confidence: Offers a summer camp style course designed to utilize partnerships that provide an overview of business development and processes. Local business community partners create project-based experiences for students by providing funding, expertise, meeting space, business tours, and one-on-one mentoring.

Operates year-round afterschool enrichment programs for under-resourced children at 13 schools in school districts 300, 220, and 15.
