Day psychiatric program, adult partial hospitalization.

Psychiatric home health provides in-home nursing assessment, occupational therapy to assess functional skills, psychology to assist with behavior plans for caregivers, and social work to provide in-home psychotherapy.

The intensity and duration of treatment varies substantially depending on the presenting problems or difficulties. Therapists may assist with various difficulties, including family issues associated with raising youth with severe behavioral problems, aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, withdrawal behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Therapists are also qualified to treat all major mental health issues.

Offers senior's an In-home health/mental health assessment, in-home mental health treatment, case management, and referrals to appropriate community resources. The Outreach Team consists of clinical social workers and a consulting psychiatrist to provide appropriate support services.

The Integrated Health Program is a free service for those who qualify. The program is designed to improve access to care; improve the overall health care experience; and improve health outcomes of participants. The Integrated Health Program coordinates services for individuals receiving Habilitation Services who are not on another Waiver.

Offers outpatient mental health therapy which involves talking with a trained professional about conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to relationship conflicts and career frustrations. Therapy provides ways to express feelings, understand patterns of thinking, gain perspective on past events and current relationships, set goals, and clarify dreams for the future.

Stepping Stone Family Services provides Therapy at their West Des Moines office but also provides school based therapy to all schools in Urbandale, in addition to Perkins and Carver Elementaries in the Des Moines school district.

Services assist in the daily living needs of the client and can be provided 24 hours a day.

Community Support Services (CSS) provide integrated services and supports to persons with a serious mental illness. Interdisciplinary teams provide assessments and service planning, monitoring of mental health symptoms, medication management, problem-solving assistance, coordination of appointments and transportation and support.
