County Attorney's office offers a driver's license reinstatement service through the County Attorney Payment Program (CAPP). This allows qualifying Marion County residents with a suspended driver's license the opportunity to sign a County Attorney Payment Plan agreement to pay back delinquent fines, which may allow individuals the chance to obtain their driver's license back. Applicants must fill out financial affidavit and return it to the Marion County Attorney's office. A review of the affidavit will determine if individual is eligible for the CAPP program.
