Builds homes with the help of homeowner and community partners, and then sells the home to the partner at no profit and financed with an affordable no-interest loan. Homes are in the Marlatt subdivision at 17th Street and M Avenue in the City of Kearney.

Volunteers over 16 years old are needed for construction; ages 16-18 need a signed release with supervision. Build season is April-December.
